Jyeshtha Maas 2025: हिंदू पंचांग के तीसरे महीने को ज्येष्ठ मास कहा जाता है। ज्येष्ठ मास में भगवान विष्णु की पूजा आराधना करने का विशेष महत्व है। इस महीने में हमें कई ऐसी चीज हैं जिन्हें करने से बचना चाहिए, साथ ही कुछ ऐसे उपाय भी है जो अगर ज्येष्ठ मास में किया जाए तो काफी शुभ माना जाता है। आईए जानते हैं क्या है पूजा पाठ के नियम।
ज्येष्ठ मास महत्व
ज्येष्ठ का महीना हिंदू पंचांग के अनुसार तीसरा महीना होता है। ज्येष्ठ मास की शुरुआत वैशाख मास की पूर्णिमा के अगले दिन से शुरू होती है। ज्येष्ठ मास के दौरान भगवान विष्णु की पूजा आराधना करने का विशेष महत्व है। आमतौर पर ज्येष्ठ मास के महीने में गर्मियां अपने चरम पर होती है, ऐसे में यह मानता है कि जो भी व्यक्ति प्यार से लोगों को ठंडा पानी या शरबत पिलाता है उसको पूर्ण की प्राप्ति होती है।
ज्येष्ठ मास कब से शुरू है ?
ज्येष्ठ मांस की शुरुआत वैशाख मास की पूर्णिमा के अगले दिन से होती है। 2025 में वैशाख मास की पूर्णिमा 12 मई को है, जिसका मतलब यह है कि ज्येष्ठ मांस की शुरुआत 13 मई से होगी।
इस साल ज्येष्ठ मांस की शुरुआत हो रही है 13 मई यानी मंगलवार से। और साथ ही इस महीने का समापन होगा 11 जून यानी बुधवार को। ज्येष्ठ मांस की कृष्ण पक्ष की प्रतिपदा तिथि शुरू हो रही है 12 मई सोमवार रात 10:25 से, और यह तिथि 13 मई की देर रात तक रहेगी।
ज्येष्ठ मांस के व्रत का महत्व
ज्येष्ठ मांस में ऐसे कई सारे व्रत और त्योहार आते हैं जिनका व्रत रखने से भगवान की विशेष कृपा होती है और पुण्य की प्राप्ति होती है। ज्येष्ठ मांस में पूजा का विशेष महत्व होता है, ऐसे में हमारे शास्त्रों में कहा गया है कि इस महीने में दान पुण्य का खास महत्व होता है। ज्येष्ठ मांस में कई सारे व्रत आते हैं जैसे- अपरा एकादशी, शनि जयंती, वट सावित्री व्रत, गंगा दशहरा और निर्जला एकादशी।
आईए विस्तार से बताते हैं-
- अपरा एकादशी: अपरा एकादशी का बहुत महत्व माना जाता है। इस दिन भगवान विष्णु की पूजा आराधना करने की मान्यता है।
- शनि जयंती: यह दिन शनि देवता को समर्पित है। जिन लोगों पर शनि की दशा चलती है, या कोई व्यक्ति शनि की साडेसाती और शनि की ढैया से परेशान है, तो वह इस दिन कुछ विशेष उपाय करके और भगवान शनि का व्रत रखकर शांति की प्राप्ति कर सकता है।
- वट सावित्री व्रत: वट सावित्री व्रत का व्रत, शादीशुदा महिलाओं द्वारा रखा जाता है अपनी पति की लंबी उम्र के लिए।
- गंगा दशहरा: गंगा दशहरा के दिन गंगा नदी में स्नान करना काफी शुद्ध माना जाता है। लोग इस दिन माता गंगा की पूजा आराधना करते हैं और व्रत भी रखते हैं।
- निर्जला एकादशी: निर्जन एकादशी के दिन भक्तजन बिना खाए पिए रहते हैं। अन्य व्रत में तो लोग पानी का सेवन कर लेते हैं, लेकिन इस व्रत में पानी पीना भी मन होता है।
ज्येष्ठ मांस में क्या करे?
- ज्येष्ठ मांस में दान पुण्य करने की मान्यता बहुत अधिक है।
- इस महीने में जो भी व्यक्ति दान करता है उसे पर भगवान हनुमान जी और सूर्य देव की अति कृपा होती है।
- जो भी व्यक्ति इस महीने की तिलक थी गर्मी में, प्यासे को पानी पिलाता है और शरबत पिलाता है तो उसे पर भगवान की कृपा होती है और उसे व्यक्ति को पुण्य की प्राप्ति होती है।
- ज्येष्ठ मांस में पानी से भरे घड़े, जूते चप्पल, पंखा जैसी चीज दान करने की मान्यता है।
ज्येष्ठ मांस में क्या न करे!
- ज्येष्ठ मांस में मसालेदार चीज नहीं खानी चाहिए।
- सिर्फ एक बार ही भोजन करना चाहिए।
- प्याज लहसुन और राय जैसी चीजों का सेवन करने से बचना चाहिए।
- बैंगन और मूली का प्रयोग बिल्कुल भी ना करें, मान्यता है कि अगर आप इनका सेवन करते हैं तो आपकी संतान पर बुरा असर पड़ता है।
