Navratri 1st Day Maa Shailputri: शारदीय नवरात्रि का पर्व हिंदू धर्म में अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है। इस वर्ष, शारदीय नवरात्रि 2024 का आरंभ 3 अक्टूबर से होगा। नवरात्रि के पहले दिन की पूजा माँ शैलपुत्री के नाम समर्पित होती है। आइए जानते हैं माँ शैलपुत्री का महत्व, उनके स्वरूप, पूजन विधि और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी।
माँ शैलपुत्री का परिचय
माँ शैलपुत्री देवी दुर्गा का पहला रूप हैं। उन्हें हिमालय की बेटी भी कहा जाता है। देवी पार्वती का यह स्वरूप अति शक्तिशाली और कल्याणकारी है। कहा जाता है कि जब माता पार्वती ने भगवान शिव को प्रसन्न करने के लिए कठोर तप किया, तब उनकी तपस्या के फलस्वरूप उन्होंने माँ शैलपुत्री का रूप धारण किया।
माँ शैलपुत्री का चित्रण एक शांत और सौम्य देवी के रूप में किया जाता है। उनके दाएं हाथ में त्रिशूल और बाएं हाथ में कमल होता है, जो उनकी शक्ति और सामर्थ्य का प्रतीक हैं।
तारीख और समय
शारदीय नवरात्रि 2024 का आरंभ 3 अक्टूबर से होगा और इसका समापन 12 अक्टूबर को होगा। पहले दिन की पूजा विशेष रूप से महत्वपूर्ण होती है।
घटस्थापना का मुहूर्त
इस दिन घटस्थापना (कलश की स्थापना) का महत्व है। इस वर्ष घटस्थापना का शुभ मुहूर्त 3 अक्टूबर 2024 6:15 बजे से शुरू है, जो सुबह 7:22 बजे तक है
पूजा विधि
माँ शैलपुत्री की पूजा विधि में निम्नलिखित चरण शामिल हैं:
1. सर्वप्रथम नित्य क्रिया करें:
सवेरे उठकर स्नान करें और स्वच्छ वस्त्र धारण करें।
2. पवित्र स्थान तैयार करें:
पूजा के लिए एक पवित्र स्थान तैयार करें। वहाँ एक चौकी पर लाल रंग का कपड़ा बिछाएं।
3. घटस्थापना:
कलश को स्वच्छ करके उसमें गंगाजल भरें। इसके ऊपर एक नारियल रखें और कलश को घर के पूजा स्थान पर रखें।
4. माँ शैलपुत्री का चित्र स्थापित करें:
माँ शैलपुत्री का चित्र या प्रतिमा स्थापित करें।
5. दीप जलाएं:
पूजा स्थल पर एक दीपक जलाएं।
6. मां को भोग अर्पित करें:
माँ को कच्चे दूध, फल, मिठाई और अन्य चढ़ावे अर्पित करें।
7. मंत्रों का जाप:
माँ शैलपुत्री के मंत्रों का जाप करें। एक प्रमुख मंत्र है:
“ॐ श्रीं ह्लीं माँ शैलपुत्र्यै नमः”
8. आरती करें:
आरती करके माँ का गुणगान करें।
9. प्रसाद वितरण:
आरती के बाद प्रसाद सभी भक्तों में बांटें।
नवरात्रि का रंग
शारदीय नवरात्रि के पहले दिन का रंग नारंगी होता है। नारंगी रंग शुभता और समृद्धि का प्रतीक माना जाता है। इस दिन भक्त नारंगी रंग के वस्त्र धारण करते हैं।
माँ शैलपुत्री का महत्व
माँ शैलपुत्री की पूजा से भक्तों को मानसिक शांति, शक्ति और साहस की प्राप्ति होती है। उन्हें कठिनाईयों से लड़ने की शक्ति मिलती है। माँ की कृपा से व्यक्ति अपने सभी कार्यों में सफलता प्राप्त करता है।

सोमवार को शिव संग प्यारी। आरती तेरी जिसने उतारी।
उसकी सगरी आस पुजा दो। सगरे दुख तकलीफ मिला दो।
घी का सुंदर दीप जला के। गोला गरी का भोग लगा के।
श्रद्धा भाव से मंत्र गाएं। प्रेम सहित फिर शीश झुकाएं।
जय गिरिराज किशोरी अंबे। शिव मुख चंद्र चकोरी अंबे।
मनोकामना पूर्ण कर दो। भक्त सदा सुख संपत्ति भर दो।

नवरात्रि के प्रथम दिन माता शैलपुत्री की पूजा करते समय नीचे दिए गए बीज मंत्रों का जाप अवश्य करें।

शिवरूपा वृष वहिनी हिमकन्या शुभंगिनी
