हर साल 25 दिसंबर से लेकर 2 जनवरी के बीच लाखों श्रद्धालु और पर्यटक बांके बिहारी मंदिर, प्रेम मंदिर, इस्कॉन मंदिर और अन्य प्रमुख धार्मिक स्थलों के दर्शन के लिए वृंदावन पहुंचते हैं।
Vrindavan Traffic Advisory: नए साल के स्पेशल मौके पर मथुरा-वृंदावन में उमड़ने वाली भारी भीड़ को देखते हुए पुलिस प्रशासन ने पहले से ही सख्त ट्रैफिक और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था लागू कर दी है। हर साल 25 दिसंबर से लेकर 2 जनवरी के बीच लाखों श्रद्धालु और पर्यटक बांके बिहारी मंदिर, प्रेम मंदिर, इस्कॉन मंदिर और अन्य प्रमुख धार्मिक स्थलों के दर्शन के लिए वृंदावन पहुंचते हैं। इसी को ध्यान में रखते हुए मथुरा पुलिस ने विस्तृत ट्रैफिक एडवाइजरी जारी की है, ताकि शहर में जाम, अव्यवस्था और दुर्घटनाओं से बचा जा सके।
पुलिस की Vrindavan Traffic Advisory
पुलिस की नई एडवाइजरी के अनुसार, 25 दिसंबर से 2 जनवरी 2026 तक वृंदावन नगर में बाहरी जिलों और राज्यों से आने वाले चार-पहिया वाहनों के साथ-साथ भारी और कमर्शियल वाहनों का प्रवेश पूरी तरह से प्रतिबंधित रहेगा। दिल्ली, एनसीआर समेत अन्य राज्यों और जिलों से आने वाले वाहन अब सीधे वृंदावन शहर में प्रवेश नहीं कर सकेंगे। यह निर्णय खासतौर पर नए साल की भीड़ और धार्मिक आयोजनों को ध्यान में रखते हुए लिया गया है।
जाम और हादसों से बचने के लिए सख्त नियम
मथुरा पुलिस अधिकारियों के मुताबिक, बीते वर्षों के अनुभव से यह सामने आया है कि नए साल के दौरान वृंदावन की संकरी गलियों और मुख्य मार्गों पर भारी भीड़ के कारण लंबा जाम लग जाता है। कई बार आपात सेवाओं को भी रास्ता देने में परेशानी होती है। इसी वजह से इस बार पहले से ही सख्त कदम उठाए गए हैं। पुलिस का कहना है कि इस अवधि में सभी बाहरी वाहनों को शहर की सीमा के बाहर निर्धारित पार्किंग स्थलों पर ही रोकना होगा।
श्रद्धालु और पर्यटक वहां से ई-रिक्शा, शटल सेवा या पैदल चलकर मंदिरों तक पहुंच सकेंगे। पुलिस ने यह भी संकेत दिया है कि अत्यधिक भीड़ वाले दिनों में ई-रिक्शा संचालन पर अतिरिक्त पाबंदियां लगाई जा सकती हैं, ताकि भीड़ को नियंत्रित किया जा सके और पैदल यात्रियों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित हो।
शहर के बाहर बनाए गए विशेष पार्किंग स्थल
बाहरी वाहनों के प्रवेश पर प्रतिबंध के बाद पुलिस प्रशासन ने शहर के बाहर बड़े पैमाने पर पार्किंग की व्यवस्था की है। पुलिस के अनुसार, यमुना एक्सप्रेसवे से आने वाले वाहनों के लिए पानीगांव लिंक रोड पर स्थित दारुक पार्किंग और पर्यटन सुविधा केंद्र में वाहन खड़े करने की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई गई है। यहां से श्रद्धालु आसानी से सार्वजनिक परिवहन या ई-रिक्शा के माध्यम से वृंदावन पहुंच सकेंगे।
इसी तरह, छटीकरा मार्ग से आने वाले बाहरी वाहनों के लिए वैष्णो देवी मंदिर के पास अस्थायी पार्किंग स्थल बनाया गया है। इसके अलावा ITI कॉलेज परिसर, पागल बाबा मंदिर क्षेत्र और अन्य चिन्हित स्थानों पर भी पार्किंग की व्यवस्था की गई है। पुलिस का दावा है कि इन पार्किंग स्थलों पर पर्याप्त सुरक्षा, प्रकाश व्यवस्था और दिशा-निर्देश मौजूद रहेंगे।
भारी और कमर्शियल वाहनों के लिए अलग डायवर्जन
भीड़ को देखते हुए भारी और कमर्शियल वाहनों के लिए अलग से डायवर्जन प्लान लागू किया गया है। छटीकरा से वृंदावन की ओर जाने वाले सभी कमर्शियल वाहनों की एंट्री पूरी तरह बैन रहेगी। इन वाहनों को वैकल्पिक मार्गों से भेजा जाएगा, ताकि शहर के अंदर यातायात पर अतिरिक्त दबाव न पड़े।
हालांकि, स्थानीय निवासियों को पहचान पत्र दिखाने पर सीमित छूट दी जा सकती है। पुलिस का कहना है कि यह छूट भी केवल आवश्यक परिस्थितियों में ही दी जाएगी और इसका दुरुपयोग न हो, इसके लिए सख्त निगरानी रखी जाएगी।
इमरजेंसी सेवाओं को पूरी छूट
ट्रैफिक प्रतिबंधों के बावजूद एंबुलेंस, फायर ब्रिगेड, पुलिस वाहन और अन्य इमरजेंसी सेवाओं को पूरी छूट दी गई है। पुलिस अधिकारियों ने स्पष्ट किया है कि किसी भी आपात स्थिति में इन वाहनों की आवाजाही बिना किसी रुकावट के सुनिश्चित की जाएगी। इसके लिए अलग से कंट्रोल रूम और ट्रैफिक मॉनिटरिंग टीम तैनात की गई है।
श्रद्धालुओं से अपील
मथुरा पुलिस ने श्रद्धालुओं और पर्यटकों से अपील की है कि वे यात्रा से पहले ट्रैफिक एडवाइजरी को ध्यान से पढ़ें और निर्धारित नियमों का पालन करें। निजी वाहनों की जगह सार्वजनिक परिवहन का अधिक से अधिक उपयोग करने की सलाह दी गई है। साथ ही, पुलिस ने यह भी कहा है कि नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वालों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
पुलिस प्रशासन का कहना है कि इन सभी व्यवस्थाओं का उद्देश्य श्रद्धालुओं को सुरक्षित, सुगम और शांतिपूर्ण दर्शन कराना है। नए साल के मौके पर उमड़ने वाली भीड़ को देखते हुए प्रशासन पूरी तरह सतर्क है और हालात पर लगातार नजर रखी जा रही है।
