शारदीय Navratri 1st Day मां दुर्गा के प्रथम स्वरूप शैलपुत्री की पूजा के साथ प्रारंभ होता है। नवरात्रि के इस पर्व में मां दुर्गा के नौ रूपों की उपासना की जाती है, जिनमें से प्रथम रूप मां शैलपुत्री का होता है। मां शैलपुत्री पर्वतराज हिमालय की पुत्री हैं, इसलिए इन्हें शैलपुत्री कहा जाता है। यह स्वरूप माता पार्वती का ही है और यह सौम्य, शांत और सरल रूप में अपने भक्तों पर कृपा करती हैं। Navratri 1st Day विशेष रूप से उनके भक्तों के लिए समर्पित होता है, जो अपनी साधना और तपस्या के द्वारा मां का आशीर्वाद प्राप्त करना चाहते हैं।

मां शैलपुत्री के स्वरूप की विशेषताएँ बहुत ही शांत और सौम्य हैं। उनके एक हाथ में त्रिशूल और दूसरे में कमल का पुष्प शोभायमान है। वह वृषभ (बैल) पर विराजमान हैं, इसलिए इन्हें वृषारूढ़ा भी कहा जाता है। माता शैलपुत्री का यह स्वरूप प्रकृति से जुड़ा हुआ है और वन्य जीव-जंतुओं की रक्षक मानी जाती हैं। उनके इस रूप में भक्तों के लिए योग, साधना और तपस्या का मार्ग प्रशस्त होता है। मां शैलपुत्री की पूजा से मूलाधार चक्र जागृत होता है और साधक को मानसिक शांति व स्थिरता प्राप्त होती है।
Maa Shailputri की व्रत कथा
Maa Shailputri से जुड़ी एक महत्वपूर्ण कथा पौराणिक काल से जुड़ी हुई है। जब प्रजापति दक्ष ने एक यज्ञ का आयोजन किया था, तब उन्होंने सभी देवताओं को आमंत्रित किया, परंतु भगवान शिव और माता सती को आमंत्रित नहीं किया। सती ने अपने पति भगवान शिव से यज्ञ में जाने की अनुमति मांगी, और भगवान शिव ने अनिच्छा से उन्हें जाने की अनुमति दे दी। जब सती अपने पिता के घर पहुंची, तो उन्हें वहां अपमानित किया गया। अपने पति भगवान शिव का अपमान देखकर सती ने यज्ञ में आत्मदाह कर लिया। इस घटना के बाद सती ने अगले जन्म में पर्वतराज हिमालय के घर में जन्म लिया और शैलपुत्री कहलाईं। इस जन्म में उनका विवाह पुनः भगवान शिव से हुआ।
Maa Shailputri की पूजा विधि
नवरात्रि के पहले दिन मां शैलपुत्री की पूजा विशेष रूप से की जाती है। पूजा के लिए ब्रह्म मुहूर्त में स्नान कर स्वच्छ वस्त्र धारण करना चाहिए। इसके बाद पूजा की चौकी को गंगाजल से शुद्ध करके मां दुर्गा की प्रतिमा या तस्वीर को स्थापित किया जाता है। पूजा में घट स्थापना का विशेष महत्व होता है, जिसके लिए मिट्टी का बर्तन, सप्तधान्य, गंगाजल, कलावा, नारियल, सुपारी, अक्षत, फूल, और सिंदूर का उपयोग किया जाता है। घट स्थापना के बाद मां शैलपुत्री की पूजा षोड्शोपचार विधि से की जाती है, जिसमें सभी नदियों, तीर्थों और दिशाओं का आह्वान किया जाता है। पूजा में मां को कुमकुम, अक्षत, और सफेद, पीले या लाल फूल अर्पित किए जाते हैं। इसके बाद धूप, दीप जलाकर मां की आरती उतारी जाती है और मां की कथा, दुर्गा चालीसा, दुर्गा सप्तशती का पाठ किया जाता है।
Navratri 1st Day: घट स्थापना का शुभ मुहूर्त
पहला शुभ मुहूर्त- 3 अक्टूबर की सुबह 6 बजकर 15 मिनट से लेकर सुबह 7 बजकर 22 मिनट तक है। सुबह में घट स्थापना के लिए आपको 1 घंटा 6 मिनट का समय मिलेगा।
दूसरा शुभ मुहूर्त- 3 अक्टूबर की दोपहर में अभिजीत मुहूर्त है। यह बहुत ही शुभ माना जाता है। यह सुबह 11 बजकर 46 मिनट से दोपहर 12 बजकर 33 मिनट तक रहेगा। इस बीच कभी भी कलश स्थापना कर सकते हैं। दोपहर में आपको 47 मिनट का शुभ समय मिलेगा।
मां शैलपुत्री को प्रिय वस्तुएं
मां शैलपुत्री को सफेद वस्त्र और सफेद फूल अत्यधिक प्रिय हैं। पर्वतराज हिमालय की पुत्री होने के कारण उनकी पूजा में सफेद रंग का विशेष महत्व होता है। पूजा में सफेद मिठाई का भोग लगाया जाता है। मान्यता है कि मां शैलपुत्री की पूजा करने से कुंवारी कन्याओं को योग्य वर की प्राप्ति होती है और घर में धन-धान्य की कभी कमी नहीं होती। मां शैलपुत्री की पूजा जीवन में स्थिरता और दृढ़ता का प्रतीक मानी जाती है।
मां शैलपुत्री की पूजा मंत्र
Maa Shailputri का एक प्रसिद्ध मंत्र इस प्रकार है:
वन्दे वांछितलाभाय चन्द्रार्धकृतशेखरम्।
