Buddha Purnima 2025: हिंदू और बौद्ध दोनों धर्म में बुद्ध पूर्णिमा की काफी ज्यादा मानता है। हिंदू पंचांग की माने तो, प्रत्येक वर्ष वैशाख मास के शुक्ल पक्ष की पूर्णिमा तिथि को बुद्ध पूर्णिमा मनाया जाता है। बुद्ध पूर्णिमा भगवान बुद्ध को समर्पित है। 2025 में बुद्ध पूर्णिमा को लेकर असमंजस है कि आखिर 11 मई को बुद्ध पूर्णिमा मनाई जाएगी या 12 मई को।
बुद्ध पूर्णिमा 2025
प्रत्येक वर्ष बुद्ध पूर्णिमा वैशाख मास की शुक्ल पक्ष की पूर्णिमा तिथि को मनाई जाती है। बुद्ध पूर्णिमा भगवान बुद्ध को समर्पित है, बुद्ध पूर्णिमा के दिन उनका जन्म हुआ था, और केवल इतना ही नहीं बल्कि इसी तिथि के समय जंगलों में भड़काने के बाद और कठोर तपस्या के बाद बोधगया में उनको सत्य ज्ञान की प्राप्ति हुई थी। इस बार भगवान गौतम बुद्ध की 2587 वी जयंती मनाई जाएगी।
बुद्ध पूर्णिमा कब है?
वैदिक पंचांग की माने तो, हर साल वैशाख मास की शुक्ल पक्ष की पूर्णिमा तिथि को बौद्ध पूर्णिमा मनाया जाता है। इस साल शुक्ल पक्ष की पूर्णिमा तिथि की शुरुआत 11 मई यानी रविवार को रात 8:01 से शुरू होगी, और इसका समापन 12 मई रात 10:25 पर होगा।
सनातन धर्म में सूर्य उदय के साथ ही किसी भी व्रत को रखने की परंपरा होती है, इसीलिए 2025 में बुद्ध पूर्णिमा 12 मई यानि सोमवार को मनाया जाएगा।
बुद्ध पूर्णिमा शुभ मुहूर्त
2025 में बुद्ध पूर्णिमा के दिन वारियां और रवि योग का शुभ संयोग बन रहा है, ऐसे में रवि योग सुबह 5:32 से 6:17 तक रहेगा। भद्राकाल की बात कर तो, सुबह 9:14 तक भद्राकाल का सहयोग रहेगा।
बुद्ध पूर्णिमा का महत्व
हालांकि बौद्ध धर्म में गौतम बुद्ध को सर्वश्रेष्ठ माना जाता है, बौद्ध धर्म के लोग गौतम बुद्ध के बताए गए निर्देशों पर ही चलते हैं। हालांकि सनातन धर्म में गौतम बुद्ध को भगवान विष्णु का नौवां अवतार माना गया है। यही कारण है कि बुद्ध पूर्णिमा हिंदू और बौद्ध धर्म दोनों में महत्वता रखता है। मान्यता है कि बुद्ध पूर्णिमा का दिन आध्यात्मिक जागरूकता के लिए सबसे श्रेष्ठ होता है और मानवता की सेवा के लिए प्रेरणादायक है। यह दिन ध्यान, साधना और करुणा के लिए सबसे ज्यादा शुभ माना गया है। इस दिन जो भी व्यक्ति भगवान बुद्ध की पूजा करता है और मानसिक जाप करता है, उसे व्यक्ति को शांति की प्राप्ति होती है और सभी परेशानियों से मुक्ति मिलती है। बुद्ध पूर्णिमा के दिन पवित्र नदियों में स्नान करके भगवान विष्णु और भगवान बुद्ध की पूजा आराधना करने की मान्यता है।
बुद्ध पूर्णिमा के दिन रात में दीपक जलाने का महत्व!
बुद्ध पूर्णिमा एक पावन अवसर है। यह पर्व बौद्ध धर्म के लोगों के साथ-साथ सनातन धर्म के लोगों के लिए बहुत ज्यादा महत्वपूर्ण दिन है। मान्यता है कि भगवान विष्णु ने किसी दिन पृथ्वी पर नवा अवतार लिया था, जिनको गौतम बुद्ध कहा जाता है।
इस दिन रात में अपने घरों में दिए जलाने से विशेष फायदा होता है।
- घर के मुख्य द्वार – बुद्ध पूर्णिमा की रात एक मिट्टी का दीपक अपने घर के मुख्य द्वार पर जलाएं। माना जाता है कि यह उपाय घर से नकारात्मक ऊर्जा को दूर करता है और सकारात्मकता का संचार करता है। इसके साथ ही इससे जीवन की बाधाओं और परेशानियों का अंत होता है।

- देवी लक्ष्मी के समक्ष – बुद्ध पूर्णिमा की रात मां लक्ष्मी की प्रतिमा के सामने घी का दीपक जलाएं और उन्हें कमल का फूल अर्पित करें। मां लक्ष्मी को धन और समृद्धि की देवी माना जाता है। इस उपाय से आपके घर में धन का आगमन होता है और आर्थिक स्थिति मजबूत होती है। साथ ही जीवन में सुख-समृद्धि आती है।
