ठंडा पानी न पिए!
यह गलती एक ऐसी गलती है जो अक्सर सभी लोग करते हैं। अगर आप चिलचिलाती धूप से अभी-अभी घर में आए हैं, तो भूल कर भी तुरंत फ्रिज में रखा ठंडा पानी न पिए। अगर आप बाहर से घर में आते हैं, तो उसे समय आपके शरीर का तापमान बहुत हाई होता है, ऐसे में अगर आप एकदम से ही ठंडे पानी को ग्रहण करते हैं, या फिर ठंडे पानी से नहाने लगते हैं तो आपके लिए यह नुकसानदायक साबित होता है। कोशिश करें कि बाहर से आने के बाद पहले आराम से बैठे, अपने शरीर के तापमान को प्राकृतिक रूप से कम होने दे। इसके बाद ही ठंडी पानी का सेवन करें।
कोशिश करें कि आप गर्मी में फ्रिज में रखा पानी न पीकर, मिट्टी के मटके में रखें पानी को पिए। मटके में रखा पानी फ्रिज में रखें पानी के समान ठंडा होता है और यह आपके लिए लाभकारी भी होता है।
बर्फीली चीज ना खाएं
ऐसे चिलचिलाती धूप में अगर आप कहीं सफर कर रहे हैं, तो यह आम बात है कि आपका मन ठंडा पानी , आइसक्रीम,कोल्ड ड्रिंक जैसी चीजों का सेवन करने का हो जाए। अगर आप ऐसी चीज बार-बार करते हैं तो सावधान हो जाइए, क्योंकि ऐसी चीजों का सेवन करने से आप सर्दी जुकाम तथा वायरल फीवर की चपेट में आ सकते हैं।

गर्मियों में कोल्ड ड्रिंक, आइसक्रीम और अन्य बर्फीली चीजों का सेवन करने से बचे। इनके अलावा अगर आप नींबू पानी और दही लस्सी का सेवन करते हैं, तो आपके लिए फायदेमंद रहेगा।

- ठंडे माहौल में रखें: ज्यादातर घरों में लोग कुत्ता या बिल्ली ही पलते हैं। इन जानवरों के शरीर में बहुत ज्यादा मात्रा में फर होते हैं, इतना ही नहीं बल्कि उनके शरीर का तापमान हमारे तापमान से कई अधिक ज्यादा होता है। ऐसे में हमसे ज्यादा उनको जरूरत है कि वह ठंडा माहौल में रहे। अपने कुत्ते व बिल्ली को कॉलर, पंख और AC की नजदीकी रखें।
- ग्रूमिंग जरूर करें: अपने पालतू कुत्तों, वह बिल्लियों की ग्रूमिंग समय-समय पर करते रहे, ऐसा करने से उनका शरीर ठंडा रहेगा।
- नहलाए: अपने पालतू कुत्तों व बिल्लियों को समय-समय पर नहलाते जरूर रहे। ध्यान रहे की, रोज-रोज नहलाना उनकी त्वचा के लिए हानिकारक होता है, इसीलिए हफ्ते या 10 दिन में उनको जरूर नहलाए।
- हल्का खाना दे: अपने पालतू बच्चों को ऐसा खाना दे, कि वह आसानी से उसे पचा सके। उसके आहार में हरी सब्जियां और वह फल जरूर शामिल करें जिनमें पानी की मात्रा ज्यादा होती है जैसे खरे और तरबूज।
- कार में अकेला ना छोड़े: बहुत सारे ऐसे पेट पेरेंट्स होते हैं, जो अपने साथ अपने पालतू बच्चों को गाड़ी में लेकर जाते हैं, ऐसे में कई बार वह अपने पालतू कुत्तों और बिल्लियों को कर में ही अकेला छोड़ देते हैं। ऐसा करना उनके लिए खतरनाक साबित हो सकता है। कार के अंदर तापमान बड़ी तेजी से बढ़ने लगता है, इसके कारण आपका पालतू को हीट स्ट्रोक आ सकता है।
